BronkMinn Pty Ltd (“Bronk-Minn”, “we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains, in plain language, how we handle personal information under the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).
What we collect
- Enquiries. The enquiry form on this website is prepared in your own browser. It is not sent to a database or stored by the website. You choose whether to send it to us by email or WhatsApp, or to copy or download it.
- Email and WhatsApp messages. When you contact us, we receive what you send: usually your name, company, phone number, email address, project location and the details of your material or service request.
- Technical information. Our hosting provider may process basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) needed to deliver the website securely.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use tracking cookies, analytics or marketing trackers, and does not save your enquiry in browser storage.
Why we use it
We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare and follow up on quotations, arrange supply, collection, delivery or maintenance work, and keep normal business records.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only where needed to deliver what you asked for (for example, with a transport provider), where the law requires it, or with service providers who help us run our business. When you use email or WhatsApp, that service’s own privacy terms also apply.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and customer information only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as long as the law requires for business, tax and accounting records. After that it is deleted or de-identified.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
Your rights
Under POPIA you may:
- ask whether we hold personal information about you and request a copy (access);
- ask us to correct information that is wrong or out of date;
- ask us to delete information we no longer need or are not allowed to keep;
- object to us using your information, including for direct marketing;
- lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa (inforegulator.org.za).
